Mindfulness is an approach to healthcare that is becoming mainstream, thanks to the wide, evidence-based beneficial effects it has in calming the mind and transforming our relationship to daily life experience.

 

Here there is an invitation to discover how training to pay attention in a mindful and caring way can give a new meaning to your life, relationships and work, wherever you are starting from.

 

Mindfulness4Wellness delivers:

  • Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses for those who are living with pain, illness and stress.  

  • Mindfulness for Stress Management courses if you are experiencing stress of any kind.

  • One to one mindfulness telephone or face to face coaching sessions and a combination of one to one mindfulness coaching with Shiatsu therapy.

 

I have trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and to teach the Breathworks Mindfulness methods for Stress and Pain Management with Vidyamala Burch and Gary Hennessey. I also bring to the courses my own experience of long-term personal practice of Mindfulness and of facilitating it for the public and for the complementary health sector.

 

We are based in Totnes, between Exeter and Plymouth, and currently serve South Devon, including Torbay.
